Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream

Nails are probably one of the more underrated parts of the human body. Yes, I am guilty of forgetting about their existence and neglecting to maintain them. Sure, I paint them to make them look pretty but even nail polish can't save unhealthy nails or cracked cuticles. If we think of nails as an accessory that we can dress up and show off, why shouldn't we take more care of them?

I've never made an attempt to take care of my nails until I received the Burt's Bees Lemon Butter Cuticle Cream. I was both intrigued and excited because I've read many good reviews about this product.

Don't let this little tin fool you. It contains 17g of natural ingredients, such as sweet almond, beeswax and sunflower seed oil and has a strong lemon scent, produced by the lemon oil inside.

To be honest, I am not particularly proud of my nails. Sometimes I think I have ugly fingers and always pick at the hard pieces of skin that sometimes appear around the nails (know what I'm talking about?). Especially after I remove my nail polish; my nails can sometimes look dry and my cuticles are not as smooth.

I make an effort to apply this cream every night as it can leave your fingers a bit greasy and strongly scented.

My nails and cuticles have never looked better. They look smooth and healthy and not as cracked as before. I love how immediately effective this little tub of buttery goodness is. It may not be something that I think is absolutely essential, but it would certainly be beneficial in the Winter time or for those who struggle with peeling cuticles.

This product is available for AUD$14.95.
