Styling: The Denim Skater Skirt

Here's another confession:

I have an obsession with skater skirts. (or are they circle skirts? Still a bit confused on that one)

I absolutely adore the A-line shape of  the skirt that hugs the tiniest part of your body and flares out. 

I also really love light-wash denim in general, so I jumped onto the DENIM SKATER SKIRT bandwagon which seems to be really popular this year!

Of course when I found this denim skater skirt on Oasap, I had to snag it. [Warning: Lots of photos coming up!]

Now, here's THREE ways I would style denim skater skirts! 

OUTFIT 1: Pairing White and Blue

White and blue are my two most favourite colours to wear (and in general!) 

In this first outfit, I paired the denim skater skirt  with a white chiffon top (that I also got from Oasap previously). I think the colour combination creates a cute outfit and it's great for Spring and Summer.

OUTFIT 2: Denim on Denim
In this outfit, I wore a denim button-up long-sleeve shirt and of course, the denim skater skirt. I threw a black cardigan over it to add one more colour to the outfit.

OUTFIT 3: Denim and Cats
How adorable is this cat sweater !? (from Oasap) I think sweaters and skater skirts are a great match and I popped a beanie on too (made by yours truly), for the chillier days. This is my favorite outfit of the 3!

The skirt is in a size Small (there is also Medium and Large) which fits me perfectly but it might be a bit short for majority of people (Good thing I'm short!)
