TOP 3 MASCARAS FOR SHORT LASHES

Raise your hand if you have naturally long and luscious lashes. Yeah sorry, but you can't sit with us.

Just kidding, but it really is like mission impossible to find a mascara that can get short, sparse lashes looking good, whilst STAYING CURLED. For months, I've come to embrace my "barely there" lashes by simply pretending like they don't exist. No fussing about with mascara = less time spent on my face in the morning! But then I tried out a bunch of mascaras that actually perked my little lashes up, and lo and behold, a wonderful relationship was born.

The Natural One
And the award for best whimsical packaging goes to... Revlon Lash Potion! If you want volume (but not too much) and some length (but not too much), then this one is a good option for everyday. It doesn't flake or smudge horribly, and if you wear glasses like me, it doesn't smear onto your frames! Winning.

The Lengthening One
The first mascara I tried that actually managed to hold a curl was the Maybelline Falsies. Like what - my lashes actually face the ceiling for once!? It gives some volume, but mostly length because I find at the end of the day, my frames have faint mascara smears. But it is really budge-proof, and the struggle to get it off is well worth it.

The Volumising One
The Max Factor Excess Volume Extreme Impact Mascara* just kills it in terms of volume. Like daanng girl. It looks like my lashes have doubled (maybe a slight exaggeration), yet it doesn't look like you're wearing mascara at all. The other day, I paired this with the Maybelline Falses and loved the results.
