Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Gel Wash [Review]

Cleansing is an essential part of any skincare routine, but it's really tough to find a good facial cleanser for my sensitive, acne-prone skin.

I'm here to review the Clearasil Ultra Rapid Action Gel Wash!

It claims to help produce "visibly clearer skin in as little as 12 hours" and it contains salicylic acid.

As someone who constantly has at least one breakout at a time, that sounds good to me.

It comes in a squeezy tube which I find a bit hard to dispense a lot of product because the opening is so small (*cough*) but I guess it means you don't waste much.

It has a gel consistency that feels light on the face. 

It removes makeup okay but you definitely will want to double-cleanse to properly clean your skin. 

I didn't see any pimples magically disappear but it definitely did help with the tiny bumps on my forehead which have significantly reduced in number.

I like how this feels "natural" on the skin, despite it not necessarily being an all-natural, organic product.
I say this because after you wash your face, your skin feels the same - but better.

Your skin doesn't feel dry and stripped. It doesn't feel tight. It feels like your normal skin, but just much cleaner and fresher.

This also didn't break me out.


Overall, I do like this facial cleanser. I'm not sure if I prefer it over my Biore Combination Skin Balancing Cleanser but it's definitely not a bad product.
