GORGEOUS GIFT SETS FOR CHRISTMAS

christmas gift set ideas

It's that time of the year where people start pulling their hair out and go absolutely crazy in stores because they have no idea what to get people for Christmas. Cue wide-eyed, heavy breathing over every shiny plastic gift set wrapped with a pretty bow. No? Just me?
I've witnessed brands come out with many gift sets, most of which were just meh. This year I've been impressed by one brand in particular... introducing Baylis & Harding, a UK company that has just launched in Australia and they've brought out drool-worthy, luxury gift sets. The reason why I'm sharing them with you is before they are so. darn. AFFORDABLE.

I was gifted two sets and my favorite is probably the Royal Banquet Classic Pampering Gift Set* (AUD$20) , probably because I'm a girly girl at heart. Just the pretty pastel aesthetics alone makes it a great gift for the ladies who love pretty bath and shower products. And if you love smelling good? This set is perfect.
My products of choice from this gift set is the Lemon Blossom & White Rose Hand and Body Lotion which smells G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S. It reminds me of those dispensable soaps that they have in those fancy hotel bathrooms. Normally, I don't feel a difference after using hand cream but I can truthfully say that after using this for a week, my hands are noticeably softer. I know, amazing. Also, if you know someone who is a fan of lavender, they would love the Lilac & English Lavender Body Wash and Body Creme which is included in this set.

Now, not everyone is suited for girly, pretty sets and I feel like the Mulberry, Hollyhock & Thyme Skin Spa Body Duo Set* (AUD$10) is a great alternative for those who prefer more mature and sophisticated scents. The Steam Shower Body Cleanser is an average body wash for me personally as I'm not a big fan of gel washes, but it offers a pleasant, clean scent and lathers up well. The Rich Intensive Body Cream on the other hand is a great moisturizer (perfect for those dry legs!)  and smells classy but not over-bearing. I would pay $10 just for this body cream alone. I can imagine purchasing this set for my mum, or even a colleague if you're doing Secret Santa this year.

Overall, I am really impressed with the quality of the products in the Baylis & Harding gift sets and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into the packaging. The best part is that they look and feel like luxury beauty products, but the recipient would never have guessed that you paid under $30 for them mwuhaha.

(Now I'd love it if someone could get me that Sweet Mandarin & Grapefruit Luxury Gown Set for Christmas. Please I'll love you forever...)

Baylis & Harding Products are available exclusively from Big W.
